Cambria Sales Associate As a Cambria Sales Associate, you will be
responsible for assisting clients in our boutique showroom,
promoting Cambria countertops, plumbing fixtures, installation
services, and developing and implementing sales strategies. Company

Sales Leads and Convert Them into Sales:Develop and implement
effective sales strategies to identify and convert potential
customers into clients. Develop and Implement Sales
Strategies:Collaborate with our team to create comprehensive sales
plans that align with our business objectives. Negotiate Contracts
and Close Deals:Negotiate contracts and close sales to ensure the
success of our sales efforts. Develop and Maintain Relationships
with Clients:Foster strong relationships with clients through
regular communication and follow-up to provide exceptional customer
service. Conduct Product Demonstrations and Presentations:Conduct
product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits
of Cambria countertops and other products. Provide Excellent
Customer Service and Support:Prioritize customer satisfaction by
providing exceptional customer service and support. Performance
Metrics: Meet or Exceed Monthly Sales Targets and Goals:Demonstrate
a commitment to achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
Maintain Accurate and Up-to-Date Records of Customer Interactions
and Sales Efforts:Maintain comprehensive records of customer
interactions and sales activities. Stay Updated with Industry
Trends and Product Knowledge:Stay informed about industry trends
and product developments to enhance your sales expertise. Attend
Local Industry Events to Promote Our Products and
Services:Participate in local industry events to promote our
products and services effectively. Willingness to Cover Our Local
Showrooms as Needed:Be prepared to cover our local showrooms as
necessary to support our sales efforts. Qualifications: Proven
Sales Experience:Possess a proven track record of selling value and
achieving sales targets. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal
Skills:Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to
effectively interact with clients. Strong Negotiation and
Persuasion Skills:Exhibit exceptional negotiation and persuasion
skills to effectively close sales. Ability to Work Independently
and as Part of a Team:Collaborate effectively within a team
environment while maintaining individual responsibilities.
Detail-Oriented with Strong Organizational Skills:Maintain a high
level of detail and possess strong organizational skills to
