Seeking a high-energy, knowledgeable residential HVAC Selling Technician! NO ON CALL SHIFTS! Our compensation plan? It’s next-level! 20% Commission on all services sold and completed by you 8-12% Commission on equipment sold and installed by others (You get the ability to discount!) 5% Commission on leads turned over but completed by others (all 3 trades!) Up to $50 per membership sign-up! 1-5% on any technician generated leads to sell cross trade (plumbing/drains and electrical) Plus, there’s even more to sweeten the deal! What Does the Day-to-Day Look Like for the HVAC Selling Technician? Develop rapport and present solutions to homeowners within their heating and cooling needs. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform simple repairs onsite. Flip equipment sales to the install team who perform the work you sell. Keep safety front and center in everything you do. Maintain a sharp, professional image that reflects Genz Ryan’s high standards. Perform quality walks to ensure customer satisfaction is on point. Handle any miscellaneous tasks like a pro. Requirements At least 1 year of previous HVAC experience required (residential experience preferred) Holds a valid driver’s license. (Required) Is at least 18 years of age. (Required) Previous SALES and/or SELLING experience specifically with residential HVAC systems. Brings a positive, “can-do” attitude to every job. Thrives in an environment that’s always evolving.
