Under the direction of the Director of Sales, the Sales Coordinator will support sales and profitability objectives for their designated sales territories. Serving as point of contact, the Sales Coordinator will provide frontline communication to clients and stakeholders.

• Develops and maintains a high level of product knowledge of ImageTrend products in order to perform customer product demonstrations
• Establishes and maintains prospecting campaigns to identify potential clients
• Collaborates with sales staff to support strategic goals and plans
• Assists in identifying inside sales activities and processes to acquire business, while driving efficiencies to reduce cost of sales
• Connects with current clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Supports account closures and mutually agreed upon processes
• Performs basic virtual product presentations and demonstrations
• Assists with tradeshows and sales activities as needed
• Travels up to 20% in support of sales and business development
• Tracks sales leads, pertinent data and reporting using CRM
• Provides continuous reporting to sales team and management as needed, utilizing CRM
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or comparable degree and/or relevant work experience
  • Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office and internet
  • Effective analytical & critical thinking skills
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty and a positive attitude
  • Preferred experience utilizing Microsoft CRM or relevant CRM experience
