Job Description:
Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesMaintain a safe work environment
and support safety culture and initiativesMake effective decisions
to decrease machine down time during breakdowns and ensure work is
completed in a safe and complete mannerAssist employees with
technical troubleshootingAssign tasks to shift personnel as
neededEnter work orders in EAM as neededAbility to work in a
production-based environment with moving equipment and
peopleAbility to read and understand machine part lists,
preventative maintenance manuals, schematics and
blueprintsProficient computer skills including the ability to
navigate and perform needed duties on CMMS (Computerized
Maintenance Management System)Ability to use rules, calipers,
micrometers, and other measuring instrumentsAbility to operate
equipment including machines, alignment tools, high lifts,
forklifts, boom lifts, scissors lifts, etc.Support and drive
continuous improvement initiatives and lean activitiesDaily shift
handoff communication with Supervisor and Manager at beginning and
end of shiftPerform other duties as assigned by
management/supervisorsCurrent ERT member or join Emergency Response
TeamKnowledge, Skills, Or Abilities DesiredReviews and analyzes
reports and data and makes recommendations to improve.Ability to
thoroughly troubleshoot and communicate with machine support
services if neededAbility to effectively work effectively with a
team and resolve conflict when necessaryAbility to interact and
communicate effectively with coworkers at all levelsAbility to
perform all computer functions as they pertain to the
jobQualifications Desired5 years' experience in similar maintenance
environment2 years post high school educationCorrugated
manufacturing experienceSpecial Boiler License desiredCompensation

overtime and weekends as required based upon the needs of the
businessThe starting wage for this position is $37.86/hour, with
