Handler/Forklift Operators in our Lakeville, MN distribution
center.Responsibilities:
- Efficiently locate and pull parts, materials and supplies as
listed on paperwork
- Accurately verify parts and quantities and complete paperwork
to receive and/or ship material
- Order and stock assigned production areas to maintain required
inventory levels
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, tugger, etc.)
and perform inventory management tasks
- Maintain a safe and clean work environmentThe minimum
qualifications for this position:
- Previous experience working with material handling equipment
(forklift, tugger, etc.) and inventory management duties in a
warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Ability to become certified to operate all material handling
equipment (i.e., Stand-up, Sit-down, Combi, Lancer, Tugger)
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to an ever-changing environment
and processesPreferred qualifications include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Six months of experience in similar position
- Experience using warehouse technology or electronics
- Experience with ship confirmingWe offer our employees a
