Job Description:
TreeHouse Foods is a food manufacturer of granola, fruit and specialty bars located south of the river in Lakeville, MN. We are currently looking for new members to join our team in our Warehouse Department! These positions are on a 3-2-2 rotating 12- hour shifts.

Warehouse Lead Job Summary:
In addition to regular forklift duties, when the Coordinator is not present this position acts as back-up leader and contact person for all forklift drivers; monitoring shipping, receiving and issuing and de-issuing. Train drivers on SAP, safety issues and line supply and warehouse procedures. Research and monitor timely inventory transactions, FIFO rotation and material placement and storage. Monitor GMP, HACCP, and MSS policies; review all shift-produced paperwork.

Pay:

• Hiring Wage: $23.19
  
• Pay from $24.59 – 26.08 once hired
  
• $.85/hour differential for night shift positions
  
• $2.00 per hour pay incentive for good attendance

    Requirements include:
    3-5 years forklift experience, knowledge of SAP, excellent communication skills, strong computer skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize. Work experience in managing systems and people.
