Additional Job Duties Include:* Utilize Dayton Freight-provided equipment to remove ice and snow from sidewalks, parking lots, and additional Service Center property* Responsible for de-icing of lots and sidewalks* Maintain on-call availability to plow after snowfall, including early morning starts, weekends and late evenings* Responds in a timely manner when called to assist in snow plowing.* Ensures landscape and property are not damaged in the efforts of removing snow* Follows all safety rules, policies and regulations* Able to work independently with minimal supervision* Reports all incidents involving equipment's functioning to IQ Leader* Additional hours and tasks available, if desiredJob Requirements:Qualifications* Possess a valid Driver's License* 18 years of age* Basic math skills* Fluent in English* Able to pass a drug screenBenefits* Stable and growing organization* Pay beginning at $19.29 per hour* Quick advancement* Professional, positive and people-centered work environment* Modern facilities* Clean, late model equipment
