Job Description:
Seeking a Physical Therapist for home care, with flexible
scheduling options including part-time or PRN. Provide
comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in their homes,
focusing on assessment, quality care, monitoring, patient and
caregiver education, and discharge planning. Deliver care in
accordance with Ohio Standards of Practice, company policies, and
regulatory requirements. Qualifications include graduation from an
accredited Physical Therapy program, a valid Ohio license, and at
least one year of experience in acute or rehabilitation care.
Experience in home care preferred. Must be capable of transferring,
maneuvering, and lifting incapacitated clients safely in a home
environment.
