Our client is seeking a Coating Operatorto join their team.The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude and the ability to follow instructions.Job Title: 3rd Shift - Coating OperatorLocation: Clear Lake, WIPay Range: $18- 20What's the Job?

• Operate parylene deposition systems to coat customer-supplied parts according to specifications.
• Monitor process equipment during runs and verify coating thickness using measurement tools.
• Maintain accurate records, checklists, and log books on equipment and processes.What's Needed?
  • Proven mechanical ability or previous machine operator experience.
  • Ability to read, write, and follow written or verbal instructions in English.
  • Strong manual dexterity and hand-to-eye coordination.
  • Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems is preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge and math skills.What's in it for me?
    • Starting Pay of $18 - $20/hr
    • 10 Hour Shifts, Mon-Thur schedule.
    • Weekly pay with Direct Deposit.
