About the Opportunity: Job Title: TIG Welder Pay Rate Range:$22.50-24/Hour Location:Plymouth, MN Schedule: 1st Shift, M-Th 5am - 3:30pm. Position Type:Temp to HireSheet Metal Team Lead Requirements and Qualifications:

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Some Vo-Tech training and/or six months experience in TIG Welding.
• Basic knowledge of using welding machines.
• Work with an average amount of supervision.
• Record time on job assignments.
• Complete job assignments on time.
• Follow all safety rules, including using all recommended personal protection equipment.
• Performs in-process and finished part inspection.
• Performs preventative maintenance of equipment.
• Regular attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift material on an average of 20-75 pounds.Sheet Metal Team Lead Duties and Responsibilities:
• Sets up and operates some types of welding machines.
• Reads and interprets most mechanical drawings and shop routing.
• Plans, lays out and performs some types of welding operations.
• Welds standard parts with average tolerances.
• Selects and uses correct welding rods and clamps.
