Machine Setup/Operator - $20/hr - 4-5 Days/WeekSummary: We're looking for a reliable Machine Setup/Operator to run machinery producing boards and mouldings. Safety is our top priority - we require strict adherence to safety procedures and use of all required PPE.Key Responsibilities:Set up, operate, and maintain production machinery.Adjust settings for speed, cutting depth, and feed rate.Inspect and measure materials to meet quality standards.Identify and remove defects, nails, and foreign objects.Perform routine machine maintenance including greasing and knife changes.Keep work area clean and organized.Follow proper shutdown and safety procedures daily.Requirements:High School diploma or equivalent.Machine operation and lumber grading experience required.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.Ability to be on feet for 95% of shift, lifting 50lbs continuouslyStrong attention to safety, detail, and teamwork.Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.Work Schedule & Pay:$20 per hourWork 4-5 days per weekWork Environment:Loud, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor manufacturing setting.PPE required: safety glasses, ear plugs, steel-toed boots, safety vest, hard hat.
