If so, we invite you to join our dedicated team as a Care Coordinator at Newport Healthcare today!**As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients while building meaningful relationships with them. You will be responsible for supervising clients, facilitating daily activities, and documenting their progress.
