Growing together.The Sr. Principal Data Scientist will provide AI/ML solutions to Payment Integrity stakeholders in the Commercial Waste & Error space. Applies knowledge of statistics, machine learning, programming, data modeling to recognize patterns, identify opportunities, and make valuable contributions to medical cost savings and the efficiency of clinical audit processes. Works with analytics and statistical software such as SQL and Python and others to perform analysis, produce models, interpret data, and drive business value. Exhibits solid adherence to data science discipline in responsibly maintaining models in production.You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:

• Interact with business stakeholders to understand their AI/ML requirements and deliver projects aligned with the business portfolio
• Drive and manage high-impact data science projects from conception to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including analytic engineering, infrastructure, and operations, to identify and address key business challenges through data science
