Position Overview

Securian Financial, a fortune 500 financial services firm based in downtown St Paul, is looking to hire a full-time RPA technical lead to support our growing RPA (Robotic Process Automation) program. This person will be accountable for leading RPA development approaches, including architecture and infrastructure, and helping brainstorm and experiment on potential new use cases and tooling relevant to our company.

The successful candidate will be highly intelligent, curious, and have a thirst for learning. You will also have a varied and diverse technology background and experience with a specialty in RPA architecture, infrastructure, and tooling.

You will have the opportunity to innovate and develop relationships with colleagues on other teams within Securian Financial.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and committed to continuous learning and loves to solve problems.

Required Skills

• Proactive, well organized, and detailed oriented
  
• 5+ years of experience in RPA tools (UiPath) and technologies
  
• Experience with infrastructure and cloud migration
  
• Experience driving forward RPA best practices
  
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  
• Ability to learn quickly and independently
  
• Experience in mentoring others and leading others to solve complex problems
  
  Desired Skills
  
  • Insurance industry experience
    
  • Ability to collaborate with teams at all levels
    
  • AWS / Azure knowledge
    
  • Experience working with offshore team
