Job Description:

Utilize your programming experience with a tool-and-die facility! Doherty Career Solutions is currently partnering with a leading supplier in the metal industry located in Lakeville, MN. We are hiring a CNC Programming Machinist from advanced to entry-level with the potential to earn up to $36.00 per hour with a 20%-30% shift differential. Enjoy a $2000 bonus within the first 3 months. This company offers tiered compensation with the opportunity to advance into a Lead role. We are open to training! Interested? Get more details below.
What a CNC Programming Machinist will do:

Works closely with designers and toolmakers to assist with designing basic drawings
Solve problems and innovation in programming and set-ups
Set up fixtures, vises, clamps, and cutters
Perform basic maintenance on equipment
Review die designs, and understand how to produce before programming is started

What you need to be a CNC Programming Machinist:
- Technical or Associates degree is preferred
- Working knowledge of using a manual or CNC machine
- GibsCAM programming experience or willing to learn
- CAD-CAM experience #SMNCareers
