• Act as primary team leader during absence of the Sales Rep - Lead Sales member.
• Assist in providing proper training and work direction to our outside customer service team.
• Pull, pack, and load product for Nursery Wholesale customers.
• Ensure equipment is being used and maintained in proper manner.
• To perform nursery wholesale duties when necessary including receiving incoming product, healing in plant material and other maintenance duties as assigned. -QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Two-year horticulture certificate or equivalent nursery/landscape experience required and two years customer service/nursery yard operations required or a total of four years nursery/landscape experience required.
  • Excellent working knowledge of landscape plant materials required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
  • Must have good interpersonal skills, leadership skills and demonstrated ability to work as a team player.
  • Ability to recognize plant pest problems.
  • Bobcat (or equivalent) operation experience required.
  • MNLA Nursery Professional Certification preferred. -BENEFITS:
