Description:Candidates will be soldering on small circuit boards using the thru hole and surface mount techniques, potential microscope work depending on the client. But no more than 25% of the day and it is not a prerequisite for the job. They make a variety of things such as the electronic components that go into warming blankets that 3M assembles. They help print and make product for Chandler (client of ours)They will also operate a variety of CNC controlled machines including wave soldering machine and SMT machine.
