Job Description:

The Outdoor Greatroom Company is searching for a driven and motivated team member who can assist in multiple departments within the production facility. This person will work in Burner Assembly, Custom Fire Tables, the organization's Main Production lines, and more. The individual in this role will have the opportunity to assist in building our mainline products, as well as creating our customized solutions and offers that our customers request.Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssemble products for all outdoor living pieces and components (Fire Tables, Outdoor Kitchens, Etc.)Operate equipment to build out the stock product lineStrong ability to troubleshoot issues related to production or equipmentAlign customer requests and designs to the end product for completionMaintain equipment in good conditionRetain and document records of production quantities and time for each projectReport issues, malfunction, or defective parts to the managerParticipate in implementing new solutions and ideas for streamlining the processTeam player that can work cross-functionally with teamsDependable and punctual individualAbility to understand and use quality control principles Experience/Skills2 years of manufacturing experiencePreferred experience with Woodworking, Stucco, Sheet Metal, General Assembly Work, Custom Building Processes, or ConstructionHigh school diploma or greater"Hands-on" mechanical aptitude or experiencePosition spends 95% amount of time standing, walking, lifting, pulling, and pushingContinuous improvement mindsetGood communication skills (verbal and written)Desire to learn new things on a regular basis, i.e. Wood Working, Tiling, Sheet Metal.Ability to lift 50 poundsAbility to work well on a teamPositive attitudeAble to multi-taskGeneral computer knowledge Microsoft operating systemsPay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour based upon experience
