Job Description:

Certified Mobile Notary Service (https://certifiedmobilenotaryservice.com) is seeking for someone to fill the position of a full-time Mortgage Funder to work remotely in the U.S.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review signed loan documents and review information for accuracy.
Review HUD1 and confirm accuracy against the disclosed fees.
Review and sign off closing conditions including insurance information.
Communicate with Loan Officer, Processor and Escrow Officer of all outstanding conditions and keep them updated throughout the closing process.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

2 + years of current Funder experience
Must be currently, or recently at work Mortgage Funder
Must have excellent technical abilities and compliance skills.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer and Internet.

PAYMENT: $85.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/CONDITIONS: General office environment. Some lifting and bending required.
