Are you a meticulous person with an eye for details?Pro Staff Burnsville is looking for a Quality Technician for a family owned custom injection molding company in the area.This is a full-time position working on 3rd shift, 11:00pm-7:00am, Monday night through Saturday morning.Pay rate is $16.00 to $19.00 per hour depending on experience.You would be monitoring and releasing the product defect-free from the production line to support the Quality Management System.These are some of the things you would be responsible for: Educate all line personnel of non-conforming product. Complete the Daily Quality Control forms completely every 3 hours. Monitor assigned product lines every 3 hours and documents non-conforming parts. Notify the Shift Foreman and Quality Manager of quality issues and the escalation of defective product. Release product through AQL product quality checks prior to sealing the packaging. Verify that all product and its labeling are correct, reflect the production plan and quality. Stamp label when approved. Enforce working attire use of safety glasses, hairnet, smock, and beard net (when applicable) when inspecting product. Assist personnel on Quality criteria, policies, and follow work instructions when applicable. Does it seem interesting? Lets see if its a good fit for you!
