Job Description:
Job Description Job Description POSITION PURPOSE: Supports all
areas of the manufacturing process. This role will require
detail-orientation, flexibility, and clear communication. Operates,
and verifies the quality of work on a wide variety of manual
controlled or CNC machines, works in finishing, deburring,
inspection, and packaging. Performs routine or repetitive
operations in a manner, which will consistently meet quality
requirements and production standards. Actively participates in
continuous improvement activities. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC
DUTIES: Cleans/washes parts as required. Maintains equipment as
required. Deburrs or sandblasts parts. Operates a forklift. Works
in saw cage. Inventory management. Light assembly. Material
handling. Maintains work area in a neat and orderly condition.
Works safely and complies with all established safety rules and
work practices. Maintains and cares for all shop tools, machines,
and equipment. Conform to the company quality system procedures as
documented. Additional duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: High School Diploma or GED. REQUIRED
KNOWLEDGE: NA. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: No experience required. SKILLS
ABILITIES: General Mechanical aptitude. Able to operate and perform
basic cleaning on equipment. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: PHYSICAL STRENGTH:
Lift up to 25 - 30 pounds. LANGUAGE ABILITY: Ability to understand
and follow instructions in English. First shift
