• Work directly on sales floor, and registers, throughout the store, assisting customers.
• Maintain store appearance with general cleaning, caring for plants, dusting, pricing, stocking and displaying merchandise.
• Assist with carryout and cart retrieval.
• Use the telephone to assist and answer customers questions and provides information. -
• Provide accurate, timely and friendly service to both Bachman's customers and potential customers.
• Take orders for outdoor sales.
• Assist the floral department as needed. -QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Demonstrates excellent customer relations and communication skills is required.
  • Must be able to read and write English, perform basic math skills.
  • High energy level.
  • Basic computer skills are required.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow through on work direction.
  • Past register experience - preferred.
  • Work is performed in areas with weather extremes of heat and cold, and wet conditions.
  • The position requires standing/walking on hard surface during the entire shift, working at a fast pace.
