Job Description Job Description Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2 years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist specializing in Orthopedic and Neuro procedures to support same-day surgery operations. The position involves working day shifts, primarily in a busy surgery center setting with a focus on total joint support, orthopedic trauma, and urology procedures. Location: Situated in the vibrant Burnsville area of Minnesota, this role offers access to a community known for its excellent amenities and convenient metropolitan access. Responsibilities: Assist surgical teams during orthopedic and neurological procedures, including total joint and trauma cases Support urology surgeries and ensure instrument readiness and sterility Utilize Epic and Davinci software systems for documentation and workflow Adapt to floating assignments within same-day surgery centers in Burnsville, Shakopee, St. Louis Park, and Maple Grove as needed Maintain compliance with safety and infection control protocols Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of recent surgical technology experience focusing on neuro and orthopedic cases Proficiency performing both totals and orthopedic trauma cases Active NBSTSA or NCCT certification required at time of application BLS certification current and valid Experience with Epic and Davinci technologies preferred Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per day 32-40 hours per week on regular weeks 24-32 hours per week during holiday weeks No weekend, on-call, or holiday requirements Additional Information: Contract position with a flexible return-to-office requirement of 7 days or less Candidates must submit cover sheet, resume, licenses/certifications, and skills checklist for consideration This role provides a rewarding opportunity to apply specialized surgical technology skills in a dynamic surgical center environment with a focus on orthopedic and neuro procedures.
