qualifications will not be considered. This travel opportunity is
seeking experienced Neonatal Registered Nurses (RN-NICU, RN
Neonatal/Perinatal) to provide critical care in the Neonatal
Intensive Care Unit (NICU). With six openings available, this role
offers flexibility with either 0.9 or 1.2 full-time equivalent
(FTE) options. The assignment spans 8 weeks, with 12-hour shifts on
days or nights and an every-other-weekend rotation, ideal for
professionals seeking focused, impactful work in neonatal care.
Qualifications and Desired Experience: Current RN license with
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) experience Specialization or
certification in Neonatal/Perinatal nursing preferred Ability to
provide compassionate, high-quality care to newborns and their
families Strong clinical skills and the ability to work
collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Flexibility to work
day or night shifts with weekend rotations Location: Assignments
are located in key Minnesota cities, including Minneapolis, St.
Paul, and Coon Rapids. Burnsville provides a convenient and

excellent work-life balance. Responsibilities: Deliver specialized
nursing care to newborns requiring intensive monitoring and
treatment Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists,
and other healthcare professionals Monitor vital signs and respond
promptly to changes in patient condition Educate families on care
plans and provide emotional support during challenging times
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocols in a
fast-paced environment This position is an excellent opportunity
