Assist urologists in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures Prepare and maintain urological instruments and equipment Conduct patient preparation and follow-up care, including taking medical histories and managing postoperative recovery Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards Support patient education on urological health and procedure-related care Manage supplies and inventory specific to urology department needs Proficient in using urological instruments and equipment Strong understanding of clinical procedures and safety protocols Excellent communication skills and compassion for patients Ability to work cohesively in a team-oriented environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certification from an accredited Urology Technician program Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
