Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract
Occupational Therapist opportunity is available in Burnsville, MN,
supporting a high school caseload. This role covers a medical leave
in the western Minneapolis area, beginning April 6th and continuing
through the end of the school year. There may be Extended School
Year (ESY) needs depending on enrollment, which will be determined
in May. This position requires candidates to provide on-site
services exclusively within the school setting. The role focuses on
delivering occupational therapy to students, supporting their
educational and developmental goals with a hands-on approach. Key
Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy services to high
school students on a caseload basis. Collaborate with educational
staff, families, and other professionals to develop and implement
individualized treatment plans. Monitor student progress and adjust
therapy plans to meet evolving needs. Maintain thorough
documentation in accordance with school policies and state
regulations. Participate in team meetings and contribute to
school-wide efforts supporting student success. Required
Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist with current
licensure in the state. Experience in school-based occupational
therapy preferred. Ability to work effectively on-site and manage a
caseload independently. Strong communication skills to interact
with students, parents, and educators. Flexibility to accommodate
potential ESY assignments as needed. Location and Schedule:
Position located in Burnsville, MN, serving the western Minneapolis
school area. Contract role beginning April 6th through the end of
the school year. On-site work only. Benefits and Compensation:
