Good Samaritan Health Center invites applications for the position of Clinical Care Leader (CCL). The successful candidate will lead a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional care to underserved communities. The CCL will oversee clinical operations within our facility, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of healthcare and align with our mission of promoting holistic health and wellness outcomes. This pivotal role requires a compassionate leader with a proven track record in healthcare management, adept at mentoring staff and enhancing patient care through innovative solutions and collaborative strategies. Manage day-to-day clinical operations in the health center, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care. Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote patient safety and optimal health outcomes. Coordinate with other healthcare professionals and departments to improve efficiency and effectiveness across services. Monitor patient care processes and implement improvements based on data analysis and feedback. Oversight of budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and care standards. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in healthcare management systems and electronic health records. Ability to analyze complex healthcare data to drive decision-making and improvements. Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k RN licensure in the state of practice. Certified Nurse Leader (CNL) or similar advanced nursing certification is highly desirable.
