Job Description:

enrich human lives. The Patient Care Supervisor will manage a team
of healthcare professionals, ensuring that our patient care upholds
the standards of quality and safety synonymous with Mayo Clinic.
You will play a pivotal role in fostering an environment that
supports both patient-centered care and professional development
for staff. Oversee daily operations in patient care units to ensure
compliance with Mayo Clinic standards. Supervise, recruit, and
train healthcare staff. Coordinate with interdisciplinary
healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes. Ensure patient care
is provided with the highest standards of safety and quality.
Assess and improve patient care practices based on latest clinical
data and research. Manage departmental budgets and resources.
Handle patient and staff concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills Proficiency in healthcare management
systems Capability for strategic planning and problem solving
Understanding of healthcare safety and quality standards Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Registered Nurse
(RN) license required Certification in Healthcare Management
(preferably CHFM) is an advantage
