Certified Surgical Technologist Location: Minneapolis, MN Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,334 per week Shift Information: Rotating - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: CVOR Tech Profession: Surgical Services Specialty: Cardiovascular Operating Room Technician Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour, Mid 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 8 hours (06:45 - 15:15; 14:45 - 23:15) Experience: Minimum of 1 year in the specialty License: Current state license preferred Certifications: BLS, NBSTSA or NCCT Must-Have: Experience with cardiac surgeries, vascular surgeries, and various specialized procedures Ability to assist in a fast-paced surgical environment Description: The CVOR Tech plays a crucial role in the surgical team. This position requires expertise in cardiovascular and vascular procedures. Primary responsibilities include assisting in cardiac surgery such as CABG, AVR, and heart transplants. Experience with endovascular and open vascular procedures, including AAA repair and thoracic aneurysm surgery, is essential. Familiarity with minimally invasive surgeries and advanced technologies like LVAD implantation and ECMO is preferred. The technician should have experience in several CVOR cases including mitral valve replacement and transcatheter aortic valve replacement. The position requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are vital for this role.
