Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Behavioral Health - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/11/2026 - Duration: 12 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Forensic / Psychiatric Location: St. Peter, MN 56082 Contract: 12 weeks (possible one-time extension) Start Date: 03/11/2026 Job Summary: Registered Nurse needed to provide direct nursing care to civilly committed sexual offenders at the Minnesota Sex Offender Program (MSOP). The RN will work in a secure forensic psychiatric setting as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team. Responsibilities: - Administer medications and provide nursing treatments - Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning - Support clients in treatment participation and daily functioning - Maintain a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment - Communicate and document effectively within the care team Requirements: - Active or eligible RN license in Minnesota - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Comfortable working in a forensic/behavioral health setting About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
