Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An opportunity is available for a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide specialized support within a K-12 school setting. This contract position is designed to cover a leave, offering 32 hours per week onsite from ASAP through April 6th. Located in Winter, WI, this role requires a professional with expertise in pediatric occupational therapy, ideally with experience in school environments. Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized OT services to students across kindergarten through 12th grade. Develop and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to meet students educational and developmental goals. Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to facilitate student progress. Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with school and regulatory requirements. Participate in team meetings and contribute to individualized education program (IEP) planning. Desired Qualifications and Experience: Licensed Occupational Therapist with relevant pediatric and school-based experience. Proven ability to work effectively with children ages 5-18 in a school environment. Strong communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and families. Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize caseload demands. Knowledge of current occupational therapy practices and educational regulations.
