  Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours/week
  Shift: 8-hour NOC shifts - 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Monday through Thursday
  Weekends/Holidays: No weekend shifts; every other holiday required
  On-Call: None required, but encouraged
  Float Requirements: Must be willing to float to the following Aspirus facilities: Merrill, Wausau, Langlade, and Stanley
  Unit Details:
  8-bed Emergency Department
  May include overflow into nearby clinical exam rooms
  Patient ratio depends on acuity; may be up to 1:5
  Charting system: Epic (preferred, not required)
  Radius Rule:
  Contractors must live outside a 50-mile radius of Aspirus Medford Hospital. (Note: Radius rule drops on 4/25/2025.)
  
  Required Certifications:
  Active Wisconsin RN License
  BLS
  ACLS
  PALS
  TNCC
  Minimum Experience:
  3+ years in Emergency Medicine
