Job Description In Home Caregiver Home Health Aide / HHA Home Health Care, Inc. $17 to $18 per hour + Up to $2000 in Bonuses!As a Home Health Aide with Home Health Care, Inc., you will be providing in-home care, which offers caregivers autonomy, flexibility, and fulfillment. Each day, you will typically visit a few clients, providing assistance in their home for 1-3 hours. Clients are generally visited between the hours of 7am-7pm throughout the week and weekend. Home Health Aide Caregiver / HHA Pay & Perks:

  • Build rapport with older adult clientele through weekly visits
  • Assist clients with bathing, showering, and dressing
  • Assist clients with daily living activities and general household cleanliness
  • Drive to visit a few clients in their home each day for 1-3 hours at a time
  • Use your smartphone to complete an e-documentation visit note Home Health Aide Caregiver / HHA Qualifications:
    • At least 18 years of age
    • Must be a resident of Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota or Iowa OR willing to provide own transportation and lodging accommodation
    • Valid documentation to work in the U.S.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
    • Willing to drive to client homes within a reasonable distance from your address
    • 1+ year of prior direct caregiving experience OR CNA certification
    • Pass a multiple-choice caregiving knowledge quiz
