We are seeking a Hospital Product Sales Executive to be responsible for building and executing sales strategies for our existing core products. This position will be responsible for sales efforts on our hospital product offerings. This will involve collaborating with the leadership, product management, marketing, and the sales teams to create and execute a plan to drive revenue in this vertical. The qualified candidate will be able to successfully manage high leverage conversations with a variety of stakeholders in the healthcare industry and possess vast knowledge of the intricacies of involved in the management of healthcare and associated data.

• Develops and maintains a high level of product knowledge of our software and competitive products - will be required to perform customer product demonstrations
  
• Develops account penetration strategies for key target accounts and provide management with a monthly or quarterly report of progress
  
• Forecasts needs, set priorities and execute business strategy
  
• Successfully closes several new accounts annually to accomplish mutually agreed upon forecast
  
• Tracks sales leads from start to finish
  
• Assists with contract definition to ensure understanding for product implementation
  
• Follow-ups with current clients to ensure satisfaction and drive additional revenue
  
• Regularly meets and informs the operational team, clinical team, and business development team

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
    
  • Significant industry experience in sales and technology within the healthcare industry
    
  • Ability to conduct accurate written and verbal business/medical communication and proficient in medical terminology
    
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate plans into phased actions.
    
  • Build strong inter-personal relationships with peers and other key stakeholders that can help smoothen execution and identify new opportunities
    
  • Strong presentation skills necessary to communicate, and persuade, a wide range of audiences
    
  • Proven track record in driving growth through sales success
    
  • Self-starter and strategic thinker with the aptitude to work effectively in a team-sales environment
    
  • Computer and Microsoft Office suite skills required
    
  • Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
    
  • Ability to work in a demanding and challenging environment
    
  • Display strong abilities to learn new technologies and acquire new skills through independent study, professional training and senior team members
