Job Description:
Our client, a leader in property management, is seeking an
Assistant Property Manager to join their team. As an Assistant
Property Manager, you will be part of a dynamic environment
supporting the management of mobile home parks. The ideal candidate
will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset,
and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align
successfully in the organization. Job Title: Assistant Property
Manager Location: Rochester, MN Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday - Friday) What's the Job? Interact
with current and prospective residents, providing excellent
customer service and addressing questions or concerns. Assist in
achieving and maintaining a 100% occupancy rate through effective
marketing strategies. Ensure timely collection of rent and fees,
following up with residents on late payments. Conduct daily walks
of the community to ensure compliance with company home standards.
Maintain the property office to required standards and complete
general office tasks on time. What's Needed? Bilingual in Spanish
required. 1-2 years of administrative experience in an office
setting; property management experience is a plus. 1-2 years of
proven customer service experience through various communication
methods. Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor
vehicle. Physical ability to be active, including walking, bending,
standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Upon completion of waiting
