OverviewThe Executive Director is responsible for the operations and accountable for the operating outcomes of an assigned owned/managed community. They ensure regulatory compliance, profitability, achievement of system goals, satisfaction, quality, Benedictine experience, and uphold the mission and values of Benedictine.Responsibilities

• Ensure the sustainability, regulatory compliance, profitability, and high satisfaction levels of residents, families, and associates in the assigned community, aligning with Benedictine's mission and values.
• Review internal operational audits, identify issues, and develop improvement plans as needed.
• Manage the selection, training, leadership development, and performance of the community's leadership team.
• Recruit, screen, and hire qualified associates, adhering to affirmative action and hiring policies.
• Collaborate with the Vice President, Operations to develop and execute tactical plans supporting long-term community goals.
• Integrate action plans and strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
• Develop and oversee the budget to ensure sustainability and profitability.
• Promote Benedictine's Mission and Core Values-Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect, and Justice-integrating them into daily activities.QualificationsRequired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field
• Ability to relate effectively to staff, board, and community
• Strong leadership, human relations, and communication skillsAdditional Qualifications for Long-Term Care or Continuum Communities:
  • Licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator
  • Two or more years of long-term care administrator experience preferredAdditional Qualifications for Housing:
    • Licensed or meets state-specific criteria to operate housing
