Manufacturing Manager Director Supervisor Plant Manager General Manager Machine Building Fabrication Engineering Processing Machinery Automation _.

Seeking hands-on production engineer for a long-term growth opportunity in a global, highly recognized manufacturer of specialty process equipment.

Shall:

*** Manage production projects from customer order through assembly and testing to final delivery.

*** Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and customers on timelines and quality requirements.

*** Schedule, train, discipline, review performance, and hire employees.

*** Evaluate past and current projects to identify master data and input into ERP MRP system.

*** Champion Lean Six Sigma principles and implement changes.

*** Proactively resolve production problems and anticipate further complications.

About:

*** Company designs electro-mechanical machinery, subcontracts manufacturing and fabrication, and performs final assembly and testing in-house.

*** Team of 11 production, engineering, and procurement personnel.
