headquarters in Lakeville, Minn. is about 20 miles south of

of consumers in North America. Responsibilities:The Regional
Sanitation Manager is responsible for the leadership and management
of Manufacturing the Sanitation programs for Post Consumer Brands.
The incumbent works cross-functionally with assigned manufacturing
plant locations to assure compliance with Post Consumer Brands
quality and food safety programs, sanitation, pest control, and
cGMPs . The Regional Sanitation Manager also works with Plant
Leadership on the identification and implementation of sanitation
improvements and with Corporate Engineering on the review,
identification, and implementation of sanitary design principles
for PCB. The Regional Sanitation Manager, under the direction of
the QFS Director, leads the Sanitation program and system
execution, assuring manufacturing plants compliance with all PCB
and regulatory sanitation standards and completes all job duties in
a manner that fully supports plant safety and environmental
requirements and practices. Job Activities/Duties Provide
leadership to assigned manufacturing plants in areas of Sanitation,
Pest Control, and cGMPs to create a World Class Quality and Food
Safety culture.Direct the activities of Sanitation personnel at
assigned company locations and/or Lakeville subject matter
experts.Deliver company and department objectives by utilizing the
tools of Precision Leadership. Responsible for making sure that
sanitation is incorporated in all corporate metrics, plans and
policies.Direct or participate in the performance and analysis of
special projects.Work with each assigned plant to develop and
manage annual budgets.Establish area performance standards and
goals, and measure, control, take corrective action and report
results as appropriate for each assigned plant and for the
region.Integrate new facilities, processes, products, and packaging
into Post Consumer Brands operations as needed.Oversee the
interviewing, hiring, onboarding, goal development and personal
development plans for Sanitation personnel at assigned company
locations.Drive effective and standard Master Sanitation Schedules
(MSS) across the assigned plants.Manage the efforts of the
sanitation teams that supports efficient conversion of materials
into quality products in a safe, secure, and sanitary manner within
the product design specifications.Manage the efforts of the on-site
or third party pest control service.Recommend and implement changes
in methods, equipment, systems, and organization, as needed, to
assure that the objectives of sanitation and pest control are met.
Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies that will
help the sanitation function perform more effectively. Utilize the
latest technology to drive those improvements.Partner with 3rd
party suppliers for cleaning equipment, cleaning materials, and
pest control services.Monitor, update Sanitation Standard Operating
Procedures (SSOPs) and participate in audits.Track and trend
critical sanitation metrics (micro swabs, ATP swabs, pre op
deficiencies) to measure performance and achieve improvements while
maintaining all standards.Track and trend pest control metrics and
audit data to ensure problem areas and mitigations are being
addressed. Help lead micro investigation, co-lead Risk Assessment
for interventions and reset criteria as required.
Qualifications:Education:Minimum of 4-year B.S. degree in Food
Science, Microbiology or related scientific field.
Experience:Minimum of 10 years experience in the food manufacturing
business, preferably in Sanitation with Quality Assurance or
Production experience a plus. Minimum of 7 years supervisory
experience. Must have an extensive knowledge of HACCP/Food Safety
Plans, GMPs, sanitation, quality systems, and experience working
with and leading teams in a manufacturing environment. Must possess
a thorough understanding of FDA, state, and local regulatory
requirements. Must be proficient in sanitation and cleaning
principles and best practices. Skills:Effective management and
supervisory skills. Must have excellent facilitating skills in a
team environment, and effective communication skills, both written
and oral. Training skills with ability to develop own curriculum.
Must be a demonstrated problem solver with the ability to implement
effective solutions. Working knowledge of statistical and other
advanced analytical problem solving tools. Must be able to read,
write and communicate in the English language.Because this role is
regional and has multi-plant responsibility, travel is expected and
estimated to be 30 to 50 percent.
