What You’ll Do Program and set up CNC press brakes (including Cincinnati models) using blueprints and work instructions Select tooling, create bend sequences, and ensure all parts meet tight tolerances Perform inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools Troubleshoot, adjust programs, and maintain a smooth production flow Keep equipment, tooling, and work areas clean, organized, and safe Work closely with production and engineering teams Demonstrate reliability, communication, and initiative—key traits for stepping into a lead role What You Bring Ability to read and interpret blueprints and assembly instructions Mechanical knowledge and experience with both mechanical and laser operations Hands-on experience setting up CNC press brakes—Cincinnati experience is a big plus Strong troubleshooting and problem?solving skills Familiarity with standard inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.) Ability to work efficiently in a fast?paced environment with quick turnarounds Positive attitude, good attendance, and leadership potential Why You’ll Love Working Here Excellent benefits PTO Raise upon becoming permanent Free comprehensive health app , including virtual access to therapists and primary care Use personal insurance if certain prescriptions aren’t covered by the app Stable schedule, 3?day weekends, and optional Friday hours Work Environment Medium-sized, climate?controlled shop Not loud, not chaotic—balanced between low-key and fast-paced depending on the day Mellow supervisor and supportive team Owner occasionally stops in Culture built on focus, quality, and respect If you're a dependable press brake operator looking for a place where you can sharpen your skills and grow into leadership, we want to meet you. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr. They have really good benefits and PTO too. Also get a raise once perm. Offer Nice Health App to all employees (Full time and Contract) - 100% Covered by Company (Video/Chat with Therapist like Primary Care at NO cost) and Medical Prescriptions but certain items not covered employee will have to use their own Health Insurance.
