Evaluate the extent of auto glass damage and determine appropriate repair methods Repair or replace damaged auto glass according to Safelite standards Ensure all repairs meet or exceed Safelite’s safety and quality requirements Manage inventory of supplies and tools required for jobs Maintain a clean and organized work environment Provide excellent customer service, explaining the repair process and answering any inquiries Follow all safety protocols during repair or replacement activities Proficiency in using auto glass repair tools and kits Ability to assess vehicle damage and decide the correct approach to repair Strong attention to detail Good time management skills Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members Certification in Auto Glass Repair (e.g., National Windshield Repair Association (NWRA) certification) is a plus
