Job Description Salary: \n\n Base wage starts at $23.00 to $25.00 \n\n Hours: \n\n \n\t Wissota currently operates under three different shifts; however, this position is for the 1st Shift. 1st shift schedule is Monday to Friday 7 AM to 3 PM. \n \n\n Benefits include but are not limited to: \n\n \n\t Health, Dental, Vision and much more \n\t 401(k) Retirement Plan with 3% match \n\t Vacation and personal time\n\t \n\t\t 2 Weeks' Vacation in first year \n\t\t 24 hours personal time at 6 months \n\t \n\t \n\t Profit Sharing Program \n\t Attendance Award - 2 days off paid \n \n\n Job Responsibilities: \n\n \n\t Set Up and operate Laser Marker. \n\t Maintain programs and fixtures. \n\t Polish tooling and machine parts. \n\t In-process inspection of parts. \n\t Setup and operate Laser automation. \n\t Assist in processing in-coming goods including regrinds. \n\t Ability to meet Production Standards. \n\t Maintaining accurate marking. \n\t Polish to meet finish requirements. \n\t Perform equipment maintenance. \n\t Pull and sort inventory for shop use. \n\t Maintain accurate inventory \n\t Operate a forklift in a factory setting. \n\t Secondary Operations \n\t Perform other job-related duties as required or assigned. \n Requirements: \n\n \n\t High School diploma required. \n\t Manufacturing facility experience preferred \n\t Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment. \n\t Purchase required tools in six months \n\t Consistently reliable attendance \n\t Willingness to work M-F 7 am to 3 pm \n \n\n \n\n Highly Preferred: \n\n \n\t Physical ability to operate and repair machines. \n\t Prolonged periods (up to 4 hours) of standing, walking, bending, and stretching in between breaks. \n\t Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds at times. \n\t Demonstrated leadership skills & ability to multi-task. \n\t Machining skills acquired through work experience and training from Wissota Tool team. \n\t Improvement mindset \n\t Problem solving/critical thinking abilities. \n\t Good oral and written communication skills \n \n\n \n\n \n\n Not sure if you meet all the requirements, but still think this role is a possible fit for you. \n\n You might be the right fit for CMB Wissota Tool. \n\n Go ahead and apply! \n\n \n\n CROWN Cork & Seal USA, Inc., a wholly owned company of Crown Holdings, Inc. is a global leader in the design, manufacture and sale of packaging products for consumer goods.
