• The Operations Associate is responsible for providing administrative support for the Annuity Insurance Department.
• The duties include answering phones, making journal entries, account processing, and providing payment solutions.
• They will respond to internal and external customers via phone, fax, and email.
• They will be a liaison between customer/financial professionals and institutions including banks, credit unions, and clearing firms.
• They will perform various account calculations, perform research as needed, and provide phone support for the department.Additional Skills & Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1+ years of working in an office environment.
  • 1+ years of working with MS OfficeWork Environment
    • Office/Cubicle. Team of 6.
    • Onsite
    • Monday-Friday
    • 8:00a.m. - 4:30p.m.Experience Level:Entry Level
