Job Description:

Recruiter position open in fast paced growing office. We are seeking a high performing, motivated and determined person who has 1-3 years of experience. You will be supporting very busy sales reps and filling their job orders with your most qualified candidates.

We offer base + an uncapped commission structure. The more positions you fill the more commission you will make!!!

You will work with an awesome group of people who are motivated and driven to succeed.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

Previous recruiting experience in clerical, accounting, IT, etc

Excellent written and verbal skills

Professional appearance

Detail oriented

Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

Must possess excellent organizational/time management skills

Must be a multi-tasking wizard

Must have an incredible sense of urgency

Proven ability to work with people at all levels.

Must be flexible and a team player

The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Ability to excel in a goal oriented sales environment

Advanced computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet Explorer
